YOU NEED TO DO THESE 3 EXERCISES
ST. PADDY’S TRAINING PROGRAM
Concentric Curls: Build strong biceps and bring bottle after bottle of green beer to your lips with ease.
Dead lifts: Total body strength just in case you need to carry a friend home.
Squat and Press: Because someone’s got to carry the keg. (Will also allow you to hold a keg stand for longer.)
In all seriousness, be safe out there. You don’t need to overindulge in order to celebrate and by all means, if you have been drinking, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DRIVING.
