After a thorough physical assessment, I will design a package not only based on where you are but where you want to go. My sessions are conducted with compassion and positivity to create an environment in which you feel comfortable enough to work at the height of your potential. My 1-hour sessions incorporate all of the following elements:
Strength training
Functional movement fitness
Aerobic and anaerobic activity
Balance training
Corrective and preventative stabilization training
Core strength development
